機種選択アンケート延長のお知らせ

こちらの手違いかもしれませんが、機種選択メールを確認できていません。
メールを再送願えますでしょうか。
もしくは、PS4版を選択機種として処理をお願いします。

Gah! I haven't been paying attention to my E-Mail! I was going to select the WiiU for my Gaming platform! Is there any way to tackle this?

I still have yet to receive a platform survey email. I too have not opted out of SurveyMonkeys. Are all previous platform surveys, in which I have completed and selected the Wii U, null and void?

I had to change my email a few months ago, updated my contact info here and on Kickstarter, opted in to the survey, and emailed Comcept. I have been getting regular emails for all of the updates for the past year at my new email address, but I still haven't received any surveys. Not the first, second, or the latest resend. I don't have a functioning computer of my own right now, and I don't use Steam regardless. I really don't want to have to buy the game on PS3 when I already paid for it on the Kickstarter. Please fix whatever is wrong with this survey business, or at least make some kind of exceptions from the deadline for those backers who haven't received a survey yet.

I haven't received my copy of the survey, I haven't opted out of Survey Monkey, I answered previous surveys without any problem, I don't knlw why the last and most important one I haven't received anything. I was hoping to have my copy on Wii u not Steam.

Well, never got the survey and I never opted out of SurveyMonkey... I'd definitely prefer the PS4 version now, but I'll take what I can get!

Yup. looks like i'm gonna be stuck with a Steam copy too.

I got the 1st survey but still have not received the 2nd one. I do not want the Steam key and only have one day left before the deadline. I requested the PS4 version in the past and this is still the version I wish for. Help!

This is pissing me off so much! I changed the damn email of this account to see if would show me the survey and I still got nothing. I'm done with giving money to companies who don't deliver. I contacted Comcept with an email and I got no reply. no email with the survey literally They have screwed me over too many times. The reason I can't respond is because you guys never gave me the email in the first place. I'm so done with this BS!

I tried EVERYTHING

-mailing comcept with my Mighty no. & username
-checking If I was blocked on survey monkey
-contacted humble bundle

Every other KS I backed gave out surveys without any trouble. So why cant you?

I have not received my survey because I believe it went to an email I no longer have access to, it was a paid service that I had stopped for other reasons and have sent both the old email and my current email. It looks like I will not recieve my steam code because of this error and will have to contact Kickstarter because of this once the codes go out.   ​Please contact me so we can get this resloved.   Thanks

アンケートメールは最初に登録したメールアドレスに届いてるようですが、そのメールは使えません。新しいアドレスで現在、キックスターターからも受信しています。新しいアドレスは2014年2月に変更していますので、なぜ前のアドレスにアンケートメールが送信されているのか、疑問です。
現在のメールアドレスに送信して下さらないと一向に確認できません。
なお、キックスターターより送られてくるメールも、#85の2015年2月より英語だけのメールになった為、理解出来ておりません。

At this point I'm convinced you guys want to give out Steam Keys. Survey Monkey obviously is failing to function and you continue to try and use it. You would've been better off having people do the survey here while submitting a press release (or at the very least put bugs in their ears) to gaming sites so everyone knows to come do it. This would've yielded a better response.

My last survey was July 2, 2015 for platform selection.
My last Comcept email was Sept 1, 2015 with a Gunvolt Steam Code.

If I hadn't been following Facebook and Twitter, I wouldn't even know this is going on right now.

The first survey on May 17th worked successfully for me, survey title was "Mighty No. 9: Official Platform Selection Survey FINAL ROUND". I submitted a PlayStation 4 platform (as I have done many times before over the past 2 years).

I do NOT have any email or survey with "(RESEND)" in the subject line or survey title.
 

So did my submission work or not? It is crazy that they cannot communicate directly to just those that haven't responded to the survey yet. The rest of us are just guessing. There's NO "(RESEND)" email and no "(RESEND)" survey title!! Why can't you send this directly to the 13,000 backers you say haven't "responded"?

I don' t have a PC - PC/Steam keys are worthless to me. I'm expecting a PS4 copy.  I'm a $60 backer (+ $15 shipping and handling if I remember correctly) so I'd better get the right platform version.

I have now sent in the survery for the second time, lets hope it sticks.
It would be good to get some sort of confirmation to acknowledge my option. Right now i dont really know the status for my request. Has it been received or not.
Looking forward to playing the game :D

I only just got the deadline extention notice today but no email for the survey, I also made sure I wasn't blocked from the survey site
