Mini-Update: Official Platform Selection Surveys are GO!! (For real this time)

Important news, Mighties!

 

We’ve been quiet about the platform selection surveys while we sort out the technical difficulties, sowing the seeds of confusion among many of our backers. We’re very sorry for the unexpected inconvenience, and we’re happy to say that the surveys are ready to go!

 

Here is some updated information on the surveys:

 

1) The Official Platform Selection Surveys are being sent out via SurveyMonkey over the next 4 days or so.

 

2) The Official Platform Selection Surveys will be open until the new deadline, July 31st, 2015.

 

3) We will make available all current information we have regarding each platform version of Mighty No. 9, to be updated as more details are set in stone.

 

4) To accommodate any backers who may change platforms as time goes on--due to new console-specific information, console purchases, etc.--backers will be able to change their platform selection(s) up until the survey deadline.

 

If you have not received your survey by Saturday, July 4th, please contact us as mightyno9@comcept.jp, subject line “Mighty Platform Selection Survey”.

In an old update they said that they will be sending out a second wave of emails. I don't know if they've sent them out or not and with support not replying back to any of my messages on this matter, I too am lost at what to do.

I got it originally when it was sent out three weeks ago, just now remembered to fill it. Shame there was no Wii U & 3DS crossbuy option, even though that is now possible on Nintendo platforms, as that would've been my number one choice. Had to go for the Playstation option now.

Still haven't gotten the survey, I've sent emails every other day to support and no response. This is starting to make me reconsider backing this game and future games, like Red Ash.

To my knowledge, I have yet to recieve a survey. I have emailed the address given, but as I can see by some others posting here it might be awhile before I get a response. Please respond to my email and resend the survey!

So I haven't received my survey yet. Its cool I'll just email you guys, well I did, twice already.I sent two emails, each a week apart about this but I have received no reply. I see others are having problems with the surveys so I'm a little relived however it's about a little under a half a month left to get the surveys completed. Please get these surveys sent out to us who have not received them so we can complete our surveys and get our game copies and bundle packages set to go. Thank you.

Can you PLEASE reply your emails? I got a bug when finishing surveymonke's platform of choice survey and I already have sent three emails to "mightyno9@comcept.jp" but I don't get any feedback! Could you please give a little more attention to your backers? My platform of choice was automatically changed when I touched the surveymonkey's "finish" button and I want to be sure that the right choice was computed! Just to let you know, my desired platform "is" Steam!

Changing Platform

What do I do to change the platform I'll be recieving the game for? I originally chose PC on the survey but my PC has stopped functioning properly for some reason. I wanted to change the platform to 3DS.

We're at the same boat, my friend. I got a bug when finishing the survey and probably the wrong choice was computed. I also can't see any way to change the platform choice as surveymonkey's link isn't working anymore. Looks like comcept don't give a... to their backers.
