New Mighty No. 9 Official Site

Hey Mighties!

We have a new announcement that should please both new and old fans!
Thanks to our partners at Deep Silver and in preparation for the release of the game next year we have
put together a new landing page for Mighty No. 9! There might even be some details or info you haven't seen yet so make sure to check it out!

The new site will be sharing the same URL as the current community site, and it will work in the following way:

Official Site: mightyno9.com
Community Site: www.mightyno9.com

If you want to jump straight to the Community side and post on the forums, please add a www. to the front of the URL and it will bring you directly here!

We will be putting the site live at 6PM JST today, so in just under an hour!

Until next time, Mighties! (`_´)ゞ

Radical!

That site is totally wicked! I can see all the transformations! Now I want to know the Xel form and possibly a Ray form.

Wow! The site turned out

Wow! The site turned out pretty cool! I love the cool background with Beck fighting Landcrusher in the Battle Colosseum! It looks absolutely awesome, just like everything else!

I noticed that Dr Blackwell isn't featured in the character section. How mysterious...

Either way, you guys did a good job with the website! Congratulations!

The platform survey from a

The platform survey from a few month ago will be redone, since people might have changed their chosen platform since the 2016 delay.

It would be nice if they could pinpoint the reason why some people with valid mail addresses don't receive mails.

how about we get an update on

how about we get an update on platform surveys? many people myself included have yet to receive a single one in any round of the survey's being sent out. If you say well you should contact customer care, well i've emailed them several times and no response. I've left messages for CM's here and no response. I've posted to the FB page and no response. I've posted here and no response. Let's see if being the first comment on this update will garner some thing in the form of answer.

One more thing

I also noticed you said you posted here with no responce. But I checked your topics and it looks like Jon (who I believe is no longer with Comcept) has responded to your survey question. And you even acknowledged his response. I know that was 7 months ago but they did respond to you.

I have your answer

Sorry you haven't been getting a response. I'm no mod or CM but I am pretty caught up. First of all there are no CM's here anymore. They left Comcept some time ago. I notice they never answer anything on Facebook or Twitter or Kickstarter. They only answer via email. But I take it with there being no CM the process must be much slower if not overwhelming.

As for your survey. There is no survey yet. Since the game has yet to come out, the previous surveys others have recieved are null and void. So nobody has a survey including you and me. There will not be a survey until closer to release.

Now if you mean rewards survey for the physical stuff. You need to contact Fangamer for that as they are already shipping out physical rewards such as the T-Shirts Plushies and Boss posters.

Yes I understand the response

Yes I understand the response from 7 months ago but when the game was supposed to be released a lil while ago no one was still responding, so even though I'm a backer and such the game was set to release and yet kn survey had been sent out and no response was made from Comcept. It's unfortunate as honestly I really love the concept of the game and such, but it is making me not want to back anything else from them due to the very very very poor customer service. I spoke with a rep at the Portland Retro Gaming Expo who worked for IntelCreate i believe it was and he had said I was not the only person who came up and was voicing complaints.
Comcept is losing many of the people who believed in them. This is just one more aspect, they seem to be more worried about the retail launch flashy new website and such. When how about take care of the backers first and foremost. I'm sure sending out a survey to all the backers is a much easier task then building a new site.

Oh of course

Yes you are correct that its much easier. I imagine that sending out the surveys so soon though would cause trouble for them later however. At least that's the only logic I can come up with as a reason they always choose to send surveys so close to the games release. And no matter how I try to reason it, these guys are the only ones who truly know why they have to do it this way.
