Mini-Update: Official Platform Selection Surveys are GO!! (For real this time)

Important news, Mighties!

 

We’ve been quiet about the platform selection surveys while we sort out the technical difficulties, sowing the seeds of confusion among many of our backers. We’re very sorry for the unexpected inconvenience, and we’re happy to say that the surveys are ready to go!

 

Here is some updated information on the surveys:

 

1) The Official Platform Selection Surveys are being sent out via SurveyMonkey over the next 4 days or so.

 

2) The Official Platform Selection Surveys will be open until the new deadline, July 31st, 2015.

 

3) We will make available all current information we have regarding each platform version of Mighty No. 9, to be updated as more details are set in stone.

 

4) To accommodate any backers who may change platforms as time goes on--due to new console-specific information, console purchases, etc.--backers will be able to change their platform selection(s) up until the survey deadline.

 

If you have not received your survey by Saturday, July 4th, please contact us as mightyno9@comcept.jp, subject line “Mighty Platform Selection Survey”.

I haven't gotten the survey yet, anyone know what's going on I've emailed support every other day since the 4th but no replies for the survey?

Not only did I not get a survey, but I didn't get Updates 1, 2, and 3 for June.
I did get the "Update 3 Mini-Update" and Update 4.
Guess I should be happy I didn't get an error message from the email.

Question about PC version

I'm confused about the DRM-FREE/Steam option, because when I look into my Humble Bundle Account, Mighty No. 9 got already added and it says I get “A digital copy of Mighty No. 9„. Why then the option to choose DRM Free/Steam when I already have it on Humble Bundle? Now I don't know if I still have to choose DRM Free to get a DRM Free copy or not.

So I found its happening with others too, but I have been receiving error messages from emailing "mightyno9@comcept.jp".

I still haven't recieved my Survey Email at all yet, which bothers/worries me.

Please Help?

I haven't checked my e-mail in a few days because I've been busy with long shifts at work, and I didn't see the Platform Survey until after the deadline had passed. Is there any chance I can still get a code for the game for Steam? I sent an e-mail about it, but it seems there was some kind of error in the process.

No need to worry. They changed the deadline, due to complication with sending out the emails.
The new Deadline for Platform selction is at July 31st. Yes

Survey

So I paid extra for an additonal copy that I was intending to use for my 3DS and the other for my XboxOne.  The survey only gave me an option as if I only had one copy, I tried emailing you guys but got a bounce back message.  Also you post say it can be taken multiple times and it just gives me a message that I've already done it.

Sent an email with a question to "mightyno9@comcept.jp" and immediately got this error message:
" ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
jonathan-leflore@comcept.jp" Frustrated

Seems no one is manning the help desk or forgot to set up the new account to receive them. Hope Comcept sees this to fix it. 

(I wanted to know if the email had to be the Kickstarter one, the one I use for humble bundle, or the one I use for Steam, which is what I want.)

I chose the PS consoles, but I wonder how to tell that I want download codes for a specific region? For example if I want the code to be usable in Japanese PSN account. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
