Mini-Update: Platform Survey Follow-up

Hey there, Mighties!
 
Regarding the Platform Survey that we sent out around 3 weeks ago,
we have already had an amazing number of responses! Thanks for your cooperation everyone!
 
However, we have received mails from backers who have had issues or never received the intended mail. As a result, there are still quite a few backers who have been unable to select their platform of choice. We will be taking care of this problem in the following way!

First, we will allow the current survey to finish on the intended deadline of July 31st. At that point, we will have all of the responses from users who were able to complete the survey, and we will then focus our attention on solving any issues that users are experiencing which are preventing them from completing the survey. We will do this by sending out another wave of mails to any backers who have yet to complete the survey.

We are extremely sorry for the wait, but ask you to be patient for just a bit longer!
We are going to make sure that every single backer gets their proper rewards,
so don’t worry too much if you have experienced issues at this point!

Well seeing how there are lot of people still complain about not receiving the survey, let alone a reply from support on this matter, I dont think they will notify us until the game gets closer to its new release date.

I sent an E-mail to mightyno9@comcept.jp 24 day's ago regarding not getting the official platform selection survey. I still haven't heard anything, still haven't been able to pick the platform. What is with this unprofessional nonsense? (I really wish I had applied for that refund when I had the chance).

When are they asking for our addresses? I have moved twice since I backed the project.... I have emailed them multiple times over the months. They are really bad at responding. Because of this I will never back anything up again.

I have not received any survey emails since late last year (when I forgot to do the survey for having my name in the credits). Maybe I'm not supposed to get this survey? I was originally on the $80 Digital Everything tier, but upgraded to the $175 tier when the Fangamer survey went around last year.

Originally, I wanted the game on the 3DS. But after learning that the game will not be ported from the PC and console version and instead be build from the ground up, I decided to have it on the PS3 instead.

Had to choose the PS3 plus crossbuy option, but what I really would've wanted was Wii U & 3DS crossbuy since that is already possible on Nintendo platforms. Really shame that comcept did not offer that as an option...
