Mighty No. 9 Product Keys

Hey Mighties!

How is everyone enjoying the game? I know our European backers are still waiting for the game to release, but it is right around the corner!

There were a few small issues regarding the keys that went out yesterday, so we wanted to quickly put out an update to clear that up.
The Humble Bundle team were able to fix an issue in their system where the Retro Hero DLC codes for Steam were being distributed in place of the RAY 'Vermilion Destroyer' DLC codes.
This issue was fixed right before the Steam release went live, and for anyone who had that issue they should have a new key waiting on the Humble Bundle account page.

There were also quite a few backers who reported issues with the PSN codes, and that issue was cleared up once the PSN store finished their update. 
Those codes should have been valid as soon as the game went live on the PSN store at 9AM PDT

We have also seen users who have had problems finding their account on Humble Bundle.

I got the EU keys instead of the US PSN keys i asked for in survey and emailed humblebundle and they told me to email comcpet. which i also did but no reply yet and i wonder when im gonna be able to play the damn game i payed for

Kinda annoyed right now that I paid the $60 digital reward tier and still have yet to get even the game code...

I bought the $60 digial tier after the initial funding ended through the mightno9.com/paypal link (now disabled).

Did anyone else who funded after the first round ended get their digital rewards yet?

You guys sent me two base game keys instead of all the DLC + a single copy of the base game a few days ago.

Now I go to my humble bundle account and find two NEW keys for the BASE GAME again? Is this a joke? I'm laughing but because of how tired and desperate I am at this point.

I am puzzled why i have 2 exactly identical keys. As you say one should be for DLC.
And also they key still says invalid for EU. Can we atleast get an estimate for when it should be ready? Its so annoying when companies just hope for the best and dont communicate deadlines.

I received Asian PSN codes instead of US codes, but I'm sure I said that my account was US in the survey.

I don't think I can redeem them with my US PSN account...? I haven't redeemed the codes from HumbleBundle, can I get US codes instead? :/

I'm still waiting for my key.  I never got either survey, tried to tell you guys, but never got a response.  I've also tried contacting you through kickstarter and twitter, still, no response.  Can I please just have my Steam key so I can play and forget about this nightmare?

I have the same issue i only received the dlc steam code not the game code. I have already contacted steam and they confirmed it is only the dlc. I think we have waited enought i have writen several emails with no reply

I have been having the same issue.  Communication, at least for myself, has been terrible during the development of the game.  I hardly got any updates, never got the demo, never got either survey.  I tried to tell you them, but never got a response.  I've also tried contacting them through kickstarter, facebook, email, and twitter, still, no response.  I really just want my Steam key so I can play and forget about this nightmare.  Because of this experience, I highly doubt I ever kickstart anything again.  If you get some sort of resolution, please let me know.  I'm starting to believe I just wasted my money 3 years ago.

I backed at the 250 tier, so far all I have recieved is the shirts and the mascot plush... those are nice and all but I would really enjoy my ps4 code...sometime soon would be nice too. Don't get me wrong I would like my other tier rewards too buuuut the game code would be a great start.

I have the shirts, demo, and mascot; I don't mind waiting for the rest of my physical mechandise, but am I supposed to have the digital drops yet cause I don't and I see that it's (at least the key) been sent out in my region.

Same problem here with my PSN product key, not wiring and the retrieve key from humble bundle doesn't work. When it will be fixed or the keys resend to the bakers who choose PSN digital copy?

Missing codes

Humbble only sent me the Golden Hero DLC code.  Using https://www.humblebundle.com/resender gives me the same results.  I have tried emailing humble and they told me to email comcept.  I email comcept and they have yet to respond.

I am still missing the code for the actual game itself for steam, the Retro hero DLC, and the Ray DLC.
